Service Delivery Policy

GharSeva is an online service. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

How the service is delivered

• Your account is available as soon as you sign up.
• After a successful payment, your plan is activated automatically, usually within a minute, and you can start sending offers to workers from your dashboard.
• Workers are matched and contacted through the platform. A start date is agreed directly between you and the worker.
• Plans give access for 30 days from the date of payment.

If something goes wrong

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, email shivaramgharseva@gmail.com with your payment ID. We will activate it or refund you in full, as described in our Refund Policy.
