Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. How plans are billed

Households buy a plan (Basic ₹299, Family ₹699 or Society ₹2,499), paid once in advance through Razorpay, giving 30 days of access. Plans do not renew automatically, and there is no auto-debit. Buying again adds 30 days to your current plan.

2. Cancellation

Because plans don't renew, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends after 30 days. If you want to stop early and are eligible for a refund (below), email us and we will close the plan.

3. When you get a full refund

Outside these cases, fees for a plan period that has already started are not refundable, but your plan continues until the end of the 30 days.

4. How to request a refund

Email shivaramgharseva@gmail.com with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID (shown in your dashboard and in Razorpay's payment receipt email). We reply within 2 working days.

5. When the money reaches you

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (the same UPI account, card or bank) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

6. Salaries are not covered

Salaries are paid by households directly to workers and never pass through GharSeva, so they are not covered by this policy. Only GharSeva plan fees are refundable here.

7. Workers

Workers never pay GharSeva anything, so no refunds apply to them.
